All sales are final. By paying for a session, you agree to the No-Refund Policy below. This is a service delivered live and personally by Irina Medelye, not a physical or digital product that can be returned.
IRA × LAB provides a single service: a live, one-on-one Identity Blueprint session ("the Session") conducted by Irina Medelye, based on the personal birth data you submit (full name, exact date, time, and place of birth). The Session is a personal analysis and conversation. It is not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and should not be treated as a substitute for professional advice in any of those fields.
Sessions are booked by paying the listed fee via PayPal, then reserving a time slot via Calendly. Payment must be completed before a slot is confirmed. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice for future bookings; your price is locked in once payment is completed.
The Session is produced from the birth data you submit. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the name, date, time, and place of birth you provide. IRA × LAB is not responsible for inaccuracies in the Session that result from incomplete, incorrect, or approximate data you submitted. Sessions without confirmed birth data at least 24 hours in advance may need to be rescheduled at IRA × LAB's discretion.

If IRA × LAB is unable to deliver the Session due to circumstances within our control, we will offer a rescheduled session at no additional cost. This is the sole remedy available.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue directly is a breach of this agreement. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback with the evidence of these Terms, your acceptance of them at checkout, and delivery of the Session.
Your birth data and anything discussed during your Session are kept confidential and are not shared with third parties, except as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IRA × LAB and Irina Medelye are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service or reliance on the content of your Session. Our total liability for any claim related to the Session is limited to the amount you paid for it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IRA × LAB operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved directly will be handled in that jurisdiction's courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your payment governs that booking.
