IRA X LAB is a precision identity laboratory. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the personal information you provide when ordering an Identity Blueprint or consulting with Irina Medelye. We take data privacy seriously and operate with a minimal-footprint approach — we collect only what is required and hold it only as long as necessary.

What We Collect

When you place an order, you provide the following information through our secure intake form:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your exact date of birth
• Your exact time of birth
• Your exact place of birth
• The package you purchased

Payment is processed through PayPal. We do not collect or store your payment card details. PayPal's own privacy policy governs all payment data.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used for one purpose only: to produce your Identity Blueprint.

• Your birth data is the analytical input. It is processed through six proprietary systems to produce your report.
• Your email address is used to deliver your completed blueprint and confirmation email.
• Your name is used to personalise your report and correspondence.
• Your data is never used for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond producing and delivering your order.

Data Storage and Retention

Your data is held on encrypted storage only for as long as needed to produce and deliver your blueprint. Once delivery is confirmed, your data is permanently deleted. We do not build client databases or maintain records beyond the delivery period.

We never sell, rent, share, or transfer your personal data to any third party.

Email Communications

You will receive a confirmation email when you submit your details, and your Identity Blueprint when it is complete. If you ordered the Blueprint + Session package, Irina will contact you to schedule your session. We do not send newsletters or marketing emails unless you have specifically requested them.

Cookies

The iraxlab.com website uses only essential cookies required for basic site function. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that collect personal data beyond standard server logs.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request confirmation of what data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data at any time
• Request correction of any inaccurate data
• Withdraw consent — though note that once your blueprint is in production, it cannot be reversed
